Welcome to Giggle Garden, a children's play area located in Noida, Sector 104. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our facilities. By visiting or booking with us, you agree to follow all the terms stated below.

1. General Rules

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times unless participating in a supervised program or party.

Giggle Garden is suitable for children aged [insert age range, e.g., 1–12 years].

No outside food or drinks are allowed, except baby food or for children with special dietary needs (with prior notice).

Socks must be worn by all children and supervising adults in the play area.

Rough play, pushing, or any aggressive behavior is strictly prohibited.

The management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any visitor to leave for violating rules or behaving inappropriately.

2. Safety and Responsibility

While we prioritize safety, Giggle Garden is not responsible for any injuries that may occur due to rough play or misuse of equipment.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring their behavior is appropriate.

Please report any damage or unsafe conditions to staff immediately.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings (play sessions, parties, or events) must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot.

Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by Giggle Garden.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

5. Photography and Media

Giggle Garden may occasionally take photos or videos during events or play sessions for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to have your child photographed, please inform us at the time of entry.

6. Lost and Found

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings secure.

Items found will be kept in our lost and found area for up to 7 days.

7. Hygiene and Health

Any child who appears to be unwell or has symptoms of illness (fever, cough, etc.) may be denied entry for the safety of others.

Hand sanitization is encouraged upon entry and exit.

8. Changes to Terms

Giggle Garden reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
